The Church of Christ was founded by Jesus Christ himself (Mathew 16:18, Acts 20:28, Romans 12:5, 1 Corinthians 12:27). God has appointed Elders to be overseers of his Church. Chunga Church Of Christ is registered with the registrar of societies in the Republic of Zambia and has a membership of around 180 believers.

Bible Studies are conducted to edify members to be dedicated to the noble cause of Christ through preaching and teaching the Word of God. (1 Thessalonians 4:1-2, 1 Timothy 5:21, 1 Timothy 3:14-15). Bible Studies at times involve Camping at the site or venue of the meeting and distribution of literature material such as pamphlets, tracts, posters, flyers and leaflets, etc.
